If you are struggling with things that have happened in the past or you are currently experiencing and going through, I want you to know that there is hope.
As a fully licensed therapist I have helped many clients work through struggles on their journey and achieve a better sense of balance in their life. We will do this by helping you identify your goals and working together to create a plan to get there, while also developing skills to help you cope with challenges that arise along the way.

Families come in all different shapes and sizes, which can present various challenges. Together we will work to improve communication and family unity, ensuring that each family member feels heard and valued.

Trauma can be really hard to talk about. It can steal your breath to think about. It can steal your innocence. Together we will work through your trauma to help reduce negative symptoms and help shift the world from seeming black and white to color.
